How To Get Rid Of Wrinkles And Look More Younger!

What can be done about wrinkles? Everyday, various factors are aging your skin.  Some factors are controllable and some are not.  Becoming aware of your skin’s health will help in the prevention of premature aging.  Steps taken immediately will prevent the continuation of wrinkles and potentially can remove existing wrinkles.  A daily skin care plan will insure healthy skin.  The two factors that affect wrinkles are intrinsic and extrinsic skin aging.  Intrinsic aging is hereditary and passed from your parents genes.  The two connective fibers, Collagen and Elastin, that support your skin, begin to breakdown.  After the age of thirty, the fibers begin to break down and the skin becomes less taut.  Extrinsic aging is brought on from environmental factors.  These factors include sun-exposure, smoking, pollution, poor diet and many more.

You can prevent future wrinkles and even reduce the lines you already by following a few simple rules.

1. Quit Smoking

Quitting smoking will increase your overall life expectancy.  Smoking takes away oxygen from the body’s cellular structure.  The skin tissue is damaged and the skin has a reduction in the collagen levels it can produce.

2.  Avoid overexposure to the Sun
A sun burn can damage the skin’s cells structure and dries out your skin.  Always use sun screen and try to limit your sun exposure from 10a.m. to 4p.m.

3.  Exercise and Diet

The skin directly benefits from the overall health of your body.  Proper Diet ensures that your body is receiving the nutrients i.e. vitamins to combat aging.  Proper exercise will increase the blood flow to the skin tissues while improving the elasticity of your skin.

4.  Repair & Restore & Rejuvenate!
There are many skin care products on the market.  Always research the ingredients a product contains before application.  Look for a soap-free facial cleanser that will cleanse and moisturize the skin without irritating it.  A facial cream is also important to keep the skin from drying out.

Aging is a breakdown at the cellular level of your skin.  You need to fight off the free radicals, which decrease the collagen levels, by applying skin care products that contain Antioxidants and Polyphenol isolates.  Coenzyme Q10 can counter-act free radical damage by increasing collagen production levels.  Green tea is another antioxidant used in conjunction which will improve skin cell production.
